Our general solution has a wide range of uses in most industrial settings. Our general solution is nonhazardous and biodegradable and safe for use on most equipment with the exception of stainless steel. Disposal of our general solution, as well as other specialty solutions, is safe in most municipal sewer systems once the formula has been neutralized.

ANION “GMD” is and acid-free descaler built specifically for galvanized metal cleaning. “GP” is designed to safely remove lime deposit’s or water scale from cooking towers (basin), water lines and galvanized pipe fittings where stronger acid based descalers would degrade the metal. It is 4-10 time stronger than citric and glycolic acids and 2-3 times more effective than phosphoric acid.

Formulated for plants that have stainless steel or aluminium heat exchangers and piping. Anion DeScale Stainless is the least corrosive descaler on the market to date. Anion DeScale Stainless contains no hydrochloric acids.

Anion EcoSafe DeScale contains no hydrochloric acids and has specific applications in food processing plants as well as other areas where consumer safety is a primary concern. EcoSafe is certified to NSF/ ANSI Standard 60.

ANION “AM” is a water based chemical formulation designed to safely clean lime scale and corrosion from water –wetted surfaces. It is formulated with wetting agent’s, corrosion inhibitors and degreasing compounds to help penetrate and carry away the scale and corrosion. “AM” is specifically designed to be used on equipment that contains aluminum that cannot be safely cleaned with other scale removing compounds.

ANION “LRC” is an effective & efficient heat transfer system cleaner designed to remove encrusted lime scale, rust and corrosion products from water-wetted surface’s. “LRC” is a neutral compound and is based on chelating agents. Problems caused by water related scale, rust and corrosion affect every industry. It has been shown that 1/16th of an inch of scale is equivalent to approximately 3 inches of steel in hear transferability.

ANION “CM” is formulated to remove cement and other calcium deposits such as lime scale, mussels, barnacles from places that are causing problems. ANION “CM” is a hydrochloric acid solution that contains corrosion inhibitors, detergent’s, wetting agents & degreasing compounds. It penetrates encrusted scale, cement and barnacles to quickly rid them from the surface area. “CM” is safely brushed, mopped or sprayed on equipment and structural surfaces. It can also be circulated through pumps and heat exchangers or in a liquid bath. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non flammable, non hazardous when used as directed.

This product is a safe replacement for hydrochloric, muriatic and sulfamic acid solutions, effectively descales lime, slime and algae which rapidly build up in condenser coils and pipes in circulating heating and cooling systems. It is safe in all types of systems. Can be left in system 24-hour to 48-hours with no danger to equipment.
