ANION SLICK-SPRAY APPLICATOR

Slick-Spray can be applied with portable or fixed, manual or automatic, air or electric-powered applicators.
The product is applied between the filler bars and the tire bore and on the sides of the kiln tire. Slick-Spray’s high content of lubricating solids fills the surface imperfections resulting in a smoother surface, lower friction, and less wear on the components.

ANION SLICK-BAR APPLICATOR

Slick-Bar Applicator is a lightweight kiln insertion tool that helps when applying the Slick-Bars into filler bar gaps on rotary kilns.
The tool provides a safety zone between the lubrication engineer and the aggressive temperatures of the kiln. Use the Anion applicator tool is an alternative to safely apply our bars into the filler bar gaps when the bars cannot be inserted by hand.
